Matthew Evans-Food Writer

The Matthew Evans - Food Writer website is the virtual home of recipe writer, cook, stirrer and passionate foodster, as well as resident Tasmanian, Matthew Evans.

Originally a chef by trade, Evans has since become a tastejunkie by desire. In a move akin to Darth Vaders he crossed from the dark heart of restaurant kitchens to the even darker side, to become a restaurant reviewer for most of the last decade. Originally trained in Canberra, Australia, Matthew has also worked in Sydney and Melbourne and written about restaurants and producers from across the country.

Matthew Evans website features some delicious mouth-watering dishes and deserts, such as Apple and Blackberry Shortcake, Drunken Brown Sugar Bananas, Four Hour Olive and Lemon Scented Leg of Lamb and Polpette - Italian Style Pork, Veal and Sage Meatballs, among many others.

Visit Matthew Evans website via the link below for more information on his recipes, books, articles and more.
