Exclusively featuring the authentic cuisine of Provence, both classic and contemporary, Remi de Provence is a unique dining experience - a true French bistro.
The emphasis is on flavour, without pretension.
The menu is inspired by the earthy, sun-filled produce that grows so abundantly and so full of flavour in that region of France, and fortunately in Tasmania also.
Our meat is totally grass fed. Sourced from northern Tasmania and north-west Tasmania and dry aged in our cool room.
Respecting the unfolding seasons of the year, herbs, garlic, olives, artichokes, citrus, fennel, courgettes, aubergine, combined with locally caught seafood or with lamb, game meats or prime beef, in a variety of delicious signature dishes, created by Remi and Chef de Cuisine Joel Robert.
Choose from the à la carte menu or the daily specials. A feature of dining at Remi de Provence is the Chefs special "tasting menu" for tables of two to eight people.
