Cyber Monday - 30th November 2026

Cyber Monday is one of the biggest online shopping days of the year and specialises in exclusive bargains for gadgets electronics fashion gifts and more.

It's an annual one-day shopping event that occurs on the Monday after Thanksgiving but it's not just for America. Australian stores have jumped on board too.

Cyber Monday began as a way to encourage customers to shop online especially during the beginning of the Christmas shopping period.

It was noticed that the majority of retailers had increased sales starting the Monday after the American Thanksgiving holiday (possibly due to the impending Christmas shop or because they've just had their big payday) so marketing companies generated the idea of a click frenzy shopping day to cash in on the consumer increase.
